I definitely have this. I think it is from holding comp mouse for long periods. 2 days now and i want to chew my arm off to escape the pain. curses youtube! LOL

@ninja9701.I Feel your pain I'm 6 months out gym. Was in best shape of my life now I'm a fat punk depression has kicked in. Trying sone supplements now called supper cissus rx. Give it a go

do wrist extension curls with high reps and low loads...bring the wgt slowly down (eccentric phase) to help strengthen the extensor carpi radialis brevis and longus

I got a tennis elbow 8 months ago, I tried 12 therapies and went to 7 different doctors but no one could help me :( Wanna play tennis again ;(

@KandaMd I got Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) on my right elbow from playing guitar so much. It really hurts but the pain is on the outside part of the elbow. Massage seems to help with mine. |
