For the idealists who are criticizing the cats living in one room: Novosibirsk Russia weather goes into the -15 -20 degree range in the weather often and is the third largest city in Russia. No living outside isn't better. Also, shelters put down thousands of unwanted cats and dogs a year - they don't all get adopted sadly ): I'm pretty sure she knows it's not ideal but I give her some credit for trying - she is saving their lives.
